I could never find paddles that were a good fit for me - I always ended up with shoulder pain as the paddle size was too large. That was until I got these. The custom sizing means they actually fit my hand - thank you!

I've never really got on with other paddles, but the RC sport paddles are so different. The custom size means I get a workout without sore shoulders, and the flat propulsive surface helps me feel when I'm twisting my hand and not pulling properly. Getting into the habit of spreading my fingers correctly has made a big difference to my frontcrawl, and swimming with the paddles feels so natural.

I was impressed by the sizing - they fit very comfortably on my hand. I immediately felt the benefits when using the paddles in training. The paddles quickly let you know where your stroke needs some adjustments and also provide a good workout.

Over the years I had bought various hand paddles of different sizes and shapes, none of them feeling right. Too large (unstable feeling) or too small (just not doing the job). This RC ones seem to be just right. Nice to see that someone had put a thought to it.  Would be nice to have a similar product for fins too!
